Scholarship Foundation Application

This scholarship is a partial scholarship which is awarded by the California State Pipe Trades Council Scholarship Foundation to be applied toward the tuition, books and materials of the student selected to be its recipient. If you wish to apply, you must be 1) a high school graduate or its equivalent, or currently enrolled in an accredited college or university; 2) a son or daughter of a current member, in good standing, of a Pipe Trades Local Union affiliated with the California State Pipe Trades Council. Applications will be reviewed by the Center for Labor Research and Education at the University of California. Scholarships will be awarded based upon a point system. Points will be allotted in various categories and those receiving the highest points overall will be awarded scholarships.
