These Dentists accept the payment from the pipe trades trust fund as payment in full once you have met the deductible of $50.00 Please be advised that you might be charged laboratory fees in addition, since the dentist cannot regulate the off site laboratory rates. Remember your annual maximum is $1,800.00 per family member.
